By creating an account or using LiftiQ ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. The app is operated by Eternal Dev LLC, a Virginia limited liability company ("EternalDev").
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for personal use only. You may not redistribute, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the app outside of what is expressly permitted by applicable law.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for any activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used to abuse the service.
Not medical advice
LiftiQ is a fitness-logging tool. It is not a substitute for advice from a licensed physician, physical therapist, or certified strength coach. Estimates such as e1RM are mathematical models and may not reflect your true capabilities on any given day. Lift safely, train within your capacity, and consult a qualified professional before beginning any new exercise program — especially if you have a medical condition or are recovering from an injury.
Your content
You retain ownership of the workout data and any names, notes, or templates you enter. You grant us a limited license to store and process that data solely to provide the app to you (sync, history, charts). We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it to train machine-learning models.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the app to harass, threaten, or harm others.
- Do not attempt to break the security of the service or the accounts of other users.
- Do not use the app to violate any law.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts engaged in any of the above.
Subscriptions and payment
LiftiQ Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.
Service changes
We may add, modify, or remove features at any time. We will not retroactively delete the workout data you have logged, but the app, its features, and the visual design may change between releases.
Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data will always be available.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EternalDev and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the app, including but not limited to physical injury, lost data, or business losses. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in those jurisdictions, the limitations apply only to the extent permitted.
Termination
You can stop using the app at any time and delete your account from Profile → Settings → Delete account. We may terminate the service for any user who violates these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in Fairfax County, Virginia.
Changes to these terms
If we materially change these terms, we will update the effective date above and, where required, notify you in-app before the change takes effect.
