Start a project
Tell us what you need built, fixed, or automated, in a few sentences. The person who would do the work replies by email within one business day. That's true even if the answer is that we're not the right people for it. Sending costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

After you press send
Sending this starts an email conversation and nothing more — no call on the calendar, no invoice. Every step is a place you can stop.
The first thing you pay for is step 4: one week, at a price you agree to before it starts.
We're a good match when there's a real problem inside a business that's already running, and one person on your side who can make decisions about it.
// what you keep, either way
The written plan from the paid week, whether or not you go ahead. Once the build is paid for, the software, the written guide to how it works, and the setup that puts it live are yours — even if you don't keep us on.
// not for sales pitches, or agencies offering their services
- step 1
You send a message
A few sentences is enough; you don't need to know the fix. The person who would do the work reads it — not a sales team.
- step 2
A reply within one business day
By email, from that same person, with one of three answers: it looks like a fit; ready-made software of ours would do the job, so buy that instead; or it isn't work we do, and we say why. A no is still a useful answer.
- step 3
If it fits, a 20-minute call
We pick a time by email. No slides, no pitch — just deciding together whether it's worth a week of planning. You can stop here and owe nothing.
- step 4
One paid week to plan it
This is the first thing you pay for: one fixed planning fee. We tell you the fee after the call, and nothing starts until you say yes. One more call, then a written plan: what we'd build, which of your existing tools it connects to, and a fixed build price.
What happens to the fee: if you go ahead with the build within 60 days of getting the plan, the fee is taken off the build price. If we end the week concluding that the work isn't worth doing, or isn't work we do, we refund the fee and tell you what we'd do instead. If you read the plan and decide not to build, the fee was the price of the plan. In all three cases, the plan is yours to keep.
- step 5
The build, four to eight weeks
Every week you see a working version you can try — the real thing, not a slideshow. The price is the one written in the plan.
- step 6
Optional: keep us on afterward
The person who built it stays on to keep it running and change it as your business changes — AI does the repetitive work, a person decides what to improve next. Paid separately, by the month: a three-month minimum, then month to month.
