The first thing you pay for is the planning week, at a price you agree to before it starts.

For automation and custom software, we're a good match when your business is already running, the problem is a specific one, and one person on your side can make decisions about it.

what you keep

The written plan from the planning week is yours whether or not you go ahead. Once the build is paid for, the software, a written guide to how it works, and the hosting setup are yours too, even if you don't keep us on.

    It comes by email and gives one of two answers. The project looks like a fit, so we suggest a call. Or it isn't work we do, and we explain why.

  1. step 1

    A free 20-minute call

    We pick a time by email and use the call to decide whether it's worth a week of planning. You can stop here and owe nothing.

  2. step 2

    The planning week

    We quote its fixed fee after the call. The week ends with one more call and a written plan: what we'd build, which of your existing tools it connects to, and a fixed build price. The plan also lists running costs, such as hosting and AI usage, which are billed to your own accounts.

    If you go ahead with the build within 60 days of getting the plan, the planning fee comes off the build price. We refund the fee only if the week shows the work isn't worth doing or isn't work we do, and then we tell you what we'd recommend instead. If you decide not to build, the fee pays for the plan.

  3. step 3

    The build

    It takes four to eight weeks, or two to four for a website. You approve the design first, and every week you see a working version you can try. Before it goes live, you and your team test it with us. You pay the fixed price from the plan. We set it mostly by how much there is to make, such as how many of your tools a system connects to or how many pages a website needs.

  4. step 4

    Monthly support

    We update what we built when the AI services or tools it relies on change, and we make small changes when you ask. If something breaks, we respond within one business day and fix it. New features are quoted as their own project. If we're away, you'll know ahead of time, and we'll handle anything urgent as soon as we're back.

    Support is optional, with a three-month minimum, then month to month.
