Built by one operator who ships
EternalDev is an independent software studio built on a decade of identity engineering and enterprise software. The studio exists because the projects worth doing rarely fit inside an SOW — and because most agency overhead doesn't survive the trip to production.

Engineer first, consultant second. Now divides time between AI implementation work, custom software, and building in-house products at the same bar.
How we work
Most tech is built to be replaced. We build it to last. The codebase, the deploy pipeline, the docs — all picked with the question 'will this still make sense in five years?' baked in. EternalDev exists because the alternative — letting your tech die out, getting locked into a rewrite every two years — is the industry norm we're against.
We don't disappear after delivery. The systems we ship get maintained, upgraded, and quietly improved as the platforms they depend on shift. Engagements are built to turn into multi-year partnerships. Project-only work is available — we just don't pretend it's the right shape for long-lived systems.
We use AI to keep existing systems maintainable, automate the ops work nobody wants to do, and accelerate the build itself. This site is one example — most of the scaffolding, routing, and editorial components were assembled with AI in the loop. The point isn't 'we deploy LLMs.' The point is the maintenance burden shrinks over time.
You talk to the person writing the code. No layers, no handoff to someone you've never met, no 'the SI partner is handling that now.' One operator who picks up the phone in 2036 if the system we built together is misbehaving.
Talk to the operator
We take on a few partners a year and stay for years. Consulting is for private-sector teams and serious founders; if you're solo, we'll point you at the templates. We reply within one business day, and we'll tell you quickly if it's not a fit.
