We sell three things: AI automation consulting, software and systems engineering, and SailPoint identity work. Each is built to continue as a continuous partnership — a monthly retainer — after the first build ships. Project-only work is fine too; ask for it in the scoping call.
AI automation, built and run with you
We design and operate AI automation for your business: agents that handle intake, pipelines that move data, the internal tools your team uses daily. Models and APIs change every few months, and we keep the system working as they do.
The first build is designed to be the start, not the end. After it ships, we aim the automation at the next bottleneck as it comes up, and the maintenance stays on us.
Software and systems engineered to last
We build custom mobile apps, SaaS, and web platforms against one test: will this still make sense in five years? Most custom software gets rewritten inside two, and ours is built so it doesn't have to be. LiftiQ and Social OS run on the same approach, and both get updates every release.
If you want a head start instead of a ground-up build, we're packaging prebuilt systems — working agent stacks, ops pipelines, and the eval harnesses that keep them honest — to buy and run yourself. First drops are in development; when they ship, you buy once and get a year of updates as the underlying models change, renewable after.
Identity engineering that doesn't need re-doing
Ten years in SailPoint IdentityIQ for private-sector and commercial organizations. We ship the rules, connectors, and workflows, plus governance that stands up to an audit, and document them so the next consultant doesn't have to start over.
We work in the environments other consultants avoid: legacy stacks, tangled entitlements, real compliance requirements. Private-sector engagements only.
